Question:  What Causes Lower Back Pain In The Morning?

There are really three that come to mind: 

1. Poor sleeping postures (e.g. sleeping on your belly) can cause lower back pain

2. Poor mattress

3. Arthritic change in the lower back; this is generally associated with stiffness, which improves within 30 minutes.
