Hi, do you have any suggestion for the best treatment for sacroiilitis of right side along with spinal stenosis? I gave the patient class 4 lasers along with meso therapy using condrotrofin. Can I give some other combination therapy along with class 4 laser? I’d appreciate your feedback.
