Tripped Down The Stairs - Hurt Ankle - Any Suggestions?
I had tripped down the stairs at my work about 6 days ago and hurt my ankle really badly. The outside of my foot was on the floor and my leg was left completely straight. And all I heard was a loud crack! I went to the hospital with in the first 2hrs after the accident. Had it x-rayed and all they said is it don’t seem to be broken.
